About the role

The partner company seeks a Director of Enterprise AI Transformation to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption in India. This role involves creating governance models, prioritizing use cases, and driving measurable productivity outcomes across business functions. The position is fully remote with occasional travel to Mumbai or Pune.

What you’ll do

Own and evolve the enterprise internal AI transformation and leverage roadmap
Define and implement an enterprise AI governance model with cross-functional partners
Prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk
Establish controls for AI tools including access, usage monitoring, and spend management
Track adoption, costs, and financial impact across the AI portfolio
Lead Functional AI Enablement Leads and AI/Data Integration Engineers
Coordinate enterprise AI reference architecture across approved tools and systems
Prepare executive-level decision materials and board-ready summaries

What you’ll bring

8–15+ years experience in digital/AI transformation, product management, or technology strategy
Proven ability to engage directly with senior executives (CFO, COO, etc.)
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and AI technologies
Experience translating strategic objectives into practical roadmaps and governance frameworks

Nice to have

Demonstrated experience delivering complex transformation initiatives across business and tech organizations
Ability to evaluate AI use cases through value, feasibility, risk, and build-versus-buy lenses
Strong commercial and analytical mindset for tracking value realization and managing investments
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
