About the role
Lead regulatory and legal strategy for renewable energy projects in India. Monitor policies, prepare petitions, represent company before MoP, MNRE, SECI, NTPC, and state utilities. Manage compliance, PPA mandates, and open access frameworks. Drive business strategy, M&A, and project lifecycle support. Coordinate with government agencies, industry bodies, and internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and project success.
