What you’ll do
- Generate actionable pipeline of investable commercial real estate opportunities
- Create financial models and calculate returns based on partnership structures
- Lead due diligence, title verification and risk mitigation
- Negotiate term sheets, deal documentation and closure with landowners and JV partners
- Prepare investment memoranda for Investment Committee approval
What you’ll bring
MBA or CA/CFA
Nice to have
- Real estate sector experience, preferably in CRE development cycle
- Understanding of local by‑laws and regulations
- Deal execution and transaction structuring
- Exposure to international institutional capital
- Market relationships with IPCs and local brokers
