Deputy General Manager - MEP

What you’ll do

Implement MEP processes and ensure adherence to project plans.
Review GFC drawings, optimize costs, and enforce green building standards.
Identify and resolve MEP issues, coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain drawing, submittal, and material tracking schedules.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and quality control.
Resolve MEP RFIs and coordinate contract awards with Contracts team.
Support statutory approvals, as-built documentation, and final account certification.
Develop vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
