About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager leads cross‑disciplinary teams to define, roadmap, and deliver large‑scale technical programs that accelerate AI deployment. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include portfolio management, stakeholder communication, technical partnership with engineering, and process improvement across the product lifecycle. The role is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Define program roadmap and deliverables
- Lead cross‑functional planning and execution
- Communicate status and risks to senior leaders
- Partner with engineering managers and architects
- Enforce governance standards and SLAs
- Drive process improvements
- Mentor distributed teams
- Escalate change control decisions
What you’ll bring
- 10-12 years program management
- 1-2 years senior TPM
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in CS/Engineering
- Agile SDLC expertise
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with large‑scale release schedules
- Technical oversight of engineering initiatives
- Governance and SLA management
