Prime Team at Amazon drives high‑visibility initiatives for the Prime program. The Senior Technical Program Manager leads cross‑functional projects, defines strategy, creates technical execution plans, and reports status to senior leadership. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site work model, with occasional travel to collaborate with global teams.

What you’ll do

• Guardianship of world‑class customer experience for deliverables
• Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions
• Decompose requirements into execution plans across multiple development teams
• Track progress, report status to product, business, and technical leadership
• Engage and evangelize projects across Amazon teams
• Represent technical team to senior leadership

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years technical product or program management
• 3+ years software development experience
• 5+ years managing programs across cross‑functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience defining KPIs/SLA for multi‑million dollar businesses
• Proven ability to coordinate release schedules and manage risk
