About the role

Jhpiego's TB Program coordinates national TB elimination initiatives across India. The Senior Program Coordinator provides technical and operational support to field teams, tracks deliverables, manages logistics, and prepares high‑quality reports and stakeholder communications. Based in New Delhi, on‑site role with occasional travel to district and state sites.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate selected project activities and ensure timelines are met
  • Provide technical support to field teams and maintain quality standards
  • Lead program meetings, technical reviews, and trainings
  • Prepare minutes, action plans, and donor reports
  • Track budgets, procurements, and expenses
  • Maintain monitoring dashboards and data validation

What you’ll bring

  • Master’s in business administration, social work, MCom, MSc or related field
  • 3-5 years program coordination or project management experience in public health or development

Nice to have

  • Experience with donor‑funded projects and government stakeholders
  • Familiarity with NTEP or TB‑related programs preferred
