What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers
- Collaborate with developers to identify product defects and improve serviceability
- Analyze customer data to mitigate risks and enhance product reliability
- Partner with technology allies for issue resolution
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
- Mentor junior team members
- Gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements
- Provide rotational support coverage as needed
What you’ll bring
- 7-9 years Systems Reliability Engineering experience
- Strong expertise in virtualization (VMware ESXi)
- Networking layer 2/3
- Linux systems administration
- DevOps and cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
