About the role
Vestas Technology & Operations seeks a Distribution Analyst to support regional supply chain efficiency in APAC. The role focuses on logistics execution, transport vendor management, and financial allocations within the Chennai office. This is a full-time position requiring hands-on experience in distribution operations.
What you’ll do
- Support daily logistics activities for seamless regional distribution
- Manage domestic vendor transport arrangements for dispatch and delivery
- Handle vendor invoice processing and end-to-end P2P cycles
- Execute precise cost allocations of transport expenses to service centers
- Analyze and report on inventory counts as a backup function
- Identify process gaps and develop efficient logistics workflows
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in logistics and distribution operations
- Experience managing domestic transport vendors and freight operations
- Proficiency in SAP (MM module), MS Excel, and Power BI
