About the role

What you’ll do

  • Conduct data research on commercial‑real‑estate companies
  • Update and cleanse data in the management platform
  • Perform fuzzy matching, linking, mapping, and standardization
  • Generate reports and datasets to communicate findings
  • Collaborate with the Data Research Lead and team to ensure data quality

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or MBA
  • 0-3 years data collection, research, analysis, or entry experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, or advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with real‑estate databases such as LoopNet, CoStar, Yardi
