About the role
Data Axle India – Global Centre of Excellence in Pune delivers mission‑critical data services to global customers. The Research Associate validates, compiles, and updates company records through web research and proprietary applications, ensuring data accuracy and quality. Works onsite in Pune, India, within a production‑driven environment with a 90‑day training program.
What you’ll do
- Validate, compile, and update company records via internet research following business rules
- Research annual reports, press releases, and business publications
- Maintain departmental production standards and monitor output
- Correct errors identified by quality assurance
- Attend mandatory training, including a 90‑day onboarding program
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years research experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, or similar field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
- Strong data interpretation and online research skills
- Knowledge of business structures and financial terminology
- Attention to detail and quality assurance aptitude
