About the role
The Research Associate role within Pharma Research Injectable focuses on analytical method development and validation for injectable products. Day-to-day duties include leading AMV, AMT, and AME studies, operating instruments like HPLC and UPLC, and ensuring compliance with GLP/GMP guidelines. This position is based in Pune, MH, IN.
What you’ll do
- Lead analytical method development, validation, transfer, and equivalency studies
- Prepare test data sheets, protocols, and reports for AMV, AMT, and AME
- Conduct feasibility studies for assay, related substances, and cleaning methods
- Operate and calibrate analytical instruments
- Perform routine and stability sample analysis
- Evaluate excipients used in injectable products
- Carry out daily laboratory activities in compliance with GLP/GMP
- Maintain work area according to safety guidelines
What you’ll bring
- Masters in Pharmacy or Science
- 4 to 6 years of experience
Nice to have
- Expertise in analytical method development and validation for injectables
- Experience in forced degradation studies, AMT, and AME
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, KF/coulometer, autotitrator, and zeta sizer
