About the role
AI & Data Research Team at Accenture Research focuses on uncovering tech, AI and data trends to guide strategic business decisions. The Associate Manager leads quantitative and qualitative studies, develops case studies, surveys and secondary analyses, and translates findings into clear, non‑technical insights for senior leaders. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional cross‑timezone engagements.
What you’ll do
- Develop data‑driven business insights using quantitative and qualitative research
- Analyze and interpret data from diverse credible sources
- Create case studies, conduct surveys, and perform secondary data analysis
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings to senior leaders in clear, non‑technical language
- Manage multiple engagements across geographies and time zones
What you’ll bring
- 9-12 years experience in tech/AI research
- Bachelor's in science or engineering
- MBA or equivalent
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative methods
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and large language models
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Ability to work across time zones
Nice to have
- 9-12 years experience in global tech or consulting firms
- Bachelor's in science/engineering and MBA
- Knowledge of cloud, security, enterprise applications
- Understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, generative AI
- Strong communication and presentation skills
