About the role
Finance Systems and Technology team at Flutter Entertainment India drives AI innovation for finance platforms. The AI Engineer builds AI-enabled solutions, developer tools and intelligent automation, collaborates with Finance, Data and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable capabilities, and promotes AI-assisted development practices across Databricks, Oracle Fusion and related platforms. Hyderabad office, on-site, with opportunities to shape finance technology at scale.
What you’ll do
- Design and build AI‑enabled solutions and automation for finance technology
- Create reusable prompts, templates and AI capabilities to boost developer productivity
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for finance innovation
- Support teams in adopting AI‑assisted development on Databricks, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance and audit standards
- Contribute to engineering standards, documentation and reusable frameworks
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years AI/ML engineering experience
- Hands‑on AI/ML on Databricks with Python and SQL
- Develop LLM‑powered applications using prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain or similar
- Apply modern software practices: Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management
