Senior Engineering Manager, Agentic AI for Finance

About the role

Data and Analytics (DnA) organization at Everpure seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Finance AI Transformation. The role drives AI, automation, and analytics adoption across the Office of the CFO, partnering with Accounting, Revenue, Order Management, and GTM Finance to prototype, pilot, and scale AI-enabled solutions. You will translate finance requirements into data products, semantic layers, and workflows, and build the operating cadence for transformation delivery and adoption. Bangalore office, on-site work required.

What you’ll do

• Identify high‑value AI and automation use cases in finance functions
• Prioritize, prototype, and scale AI solutions with measurable business impact
• Bridge finance, DnA, and IT to define data, control, and system requirements
• Design trusted finance data products, semantic layers, and AI‑enabled workflows
• Establish intake, business case, prioritization, and delivery cadence for AI initiatives
• Drive adoption through UAT, training, launch communications, and standard work
• Define and track value realization metrics such as cycle‑time and manual‑effort reduction
• Lead influence across finance, DnA, and IT while scaling the AI Factory

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years finance transformation or related experience
• Hands‑on AI/automation experience with GenAI, agentic AI, or ML prototypes
• Deep knowledge of finance processes (close, GL, revenue recognition, Order‑to‑Cash)
• Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ, cloud data platforms, and BI tools
• Strong judgment in responsible AI, governance, and SOX controls
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional transformation through influence
• Excellent communication of complex technical concepts to executives
• Ability to design finance data products and semantic layers
