About the role
ServiceNow Development Team at MUFG builds and maintains integrated risk management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Senior ServiceNow Analyst designs, develops, and supports IRM/TPRM applications, creates custom workflows, integrations, and dashboards while mentoring junior developers. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop ServiceNow IRM/TPRM solutions
- Configure TPRM, VRM, risk assessments, and issue management
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server
- Create custom applications, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies
- Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
