About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead ServiceNow development initiatives across the enterprise
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions
- Establish coding standards and platform governance
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server
- Drive scalable solutions for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM
- Perform platform optimization and performance tuning
- Mentor developers through code reviews and guidance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years ServiceNow development
- Expert-level JavaScript and Glide API scripting
- Lead technical design sessions
- Design and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patching
