About the role
Allegis Global Solutions seeks an Engineering Manager to build and scale an AI solutions team in India. The role focuses on people leadership—hiring, coaching, and career development—while ensuring delivery excellence and technical support from senior AI leaders. The manager will grow a team of AI Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Analysts to deliver intelligent agents and conversational interfaces for global clients. Key responsibilities include team building, capacity planning, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement. Candidates should bring 7+ years in tech, 3+ years managing engineering teams, strong agile experience, and proven hiring skills. Preference for AI/ML, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and conversational AI experience. The position requires collaboration across time zones with US Eastern overlap and a focus on high performance and continuous improvement.
