About the role

Digital & Analytics Lead on the IT Digital team at Aditya Birla Capital, driving Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives. What you’ll do

  • Lead Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 implementations
  • Design and implement data architecture and governance
  • Integrate ERP, historian and shop‑floor systems
  • Drive cybersecurity and compliance for OT environments
  • Manage vendor relationships and lead RFP processes
  • Facilitate change adoption and train plant personnel
  • Pilot emerging technologies such as AI/ML, digital twins and edge computing
  • Collaborate with functional heads to align digital initiatives

What you’ll bring
