Digital Product Owner

About the role

Digital Supply Resiliency team at Caterpillar builds and maintains critical digital tools for supply risk management and operational prioritization, including the Enterprise Digital Order Fulfillment platform. The Digital Product Owner drives product direction, manages the backlog, coordinates enhancements, and leads change management while supporting internal users and aligning outcomes with enterprise supply objectives. Based in Chennai, India with an additional location in Bangalore, this role works onsite five days a week and offers relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage the Enterprise Digital Order Fulfillment tool and related digital supply resiliency solutions
• Lead day‑to‑day product execution, backlog management, issue prioritization and feature delivery
• Partner with IT, vendors and analysts to develop Tableau and Power BI solutions
• Coordinate with process owners and vertical partners to align product outcomes with supply objectives
• Tri­age and resolve product support requests per SLA processes
• Report progress, adoption and value realization to stakeholders and leadership
• Lead change‑management efforts to communicate upcoming changes and business impact
• Support user acceptance testing and validation activities
