About the role

Group Digital Enterprise Architecture at Prudential leads the design and governance of enterprise-wide technology, ensuring platforms, data and AI solutions align with modernization and customer‑centric goals. The architect defines target‑state architectures, drives roadmaps, and oversees solution architects across domains, translating business strategy into scalable, cloud‑native designs. Based in Bangalore, on‑site role with global collaboration and travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Define long‑term enterprise architecture direction
• Create and maintain target‑state architecture and roadmaps
• Oversee solution architecture function and resolve design conflicts
• Establish and enforce architecture policies and standards
• Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Mentor and develop solution architects
• Monitor architecture KPIs and governance outcomes
• Provide support for RFPs and transformation programs

What you’ll bring

• 15-20 years enterprise architecture experience
• TOGAF or similar framework
• Leadership of architecture teams
• Cloud‑native platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Data, AI and machine learning concepts
• Enterprise integration (APIs, microservices)
• Stakeholder management across global teams
• Experience in financial services
