About the role
Digital Strategy team at KPMG India drives enterprise-wide digital transformation across Industry 4.0 domains. The Senior Manager leads end‑to‑end digital project delivery, from solutioning and cost estimation to implementation, testing and hyper‑care support. Role involves stakeholder steering, vendor management and preparing industry thought‑leadership content. Based in Pune, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Develop project plans, scoping, cost estimates and roadmaps
- Lead WBS, resource utilization and stakeholder communications
- Review tech stack, architecture and ensure compliance with delivery frameworks
- Manage vendor contracts, RFI/RFP processes and project budgets (~USD 1M)
- Produce proposals, presentations and industry research collaterals
- Monitor project financials, audit compliance and hyper‑care support
What you’ll bring
- ~11 years total experience
- ~4 years digital project management
- B.E. or B.Tech from Tier 1/2 campus
- MCA/MTech/MS or MBA preferred
- PMP/Prince2/CSPO/CSM or similar certification
- Azure, AWS or AI/ML certification
- Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, Azure DevOps or Jira
