About the role

Finance Operations team at Accenture delivers end‑to‑end workplace financial services, ensuring accurate invoicing, purchase order management, and cost variance reporting. The Senior Analyst prepares and audits invoices, coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders, and resolves payment disputes while generating MIS dashboards. Based in Bengaluru office, on‑site work model with standard shift hours.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, monitor, and validate purchase orders and invoices
• Audit invoices and supporting documents for accurate payment processing
• Identify and resolve vendor invoice submission issues and disputes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely approvals and disbursements
• Generate and validate MIS reports, dashboards, and cost variance analyses
• Drive process improvements and operational workflow enhancements

What you’ll bring

• Graduate in commerce or finance or equivalent
• 5-7 years finance experience in workplace
• Vendor coordination and management
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• MS Excel proficiency
• French language certification B2-C2
