Senior Associate, GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

Advisory, PwC's Data and Analytics Engineering team builds advanced GenAI and autonomous agent solutions for clients. The Senior Associate designs and implements autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen and related frameworks, optimizes RAG pipelines, and creates evaluation and monitoring systems to ensure safe, reliable performance. Bengaluru, India, on-site, hybrid model available with relocation support.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen, etc.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation systems
• Create evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety
• Implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior
• Document best practices and contribute to agent architecture improvements

What you’ll bring

• 4-7 years experience
• Advanced Python with async and API development
• Hands‑on with LangChain and agent frameworks
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Git, CI/CD, testing practices
• Develop documentation and best practices
