Executive / Sr. Executive - Logistics (Physical Flow)

About the role

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, seeks an Executive / Sr. Executive – Logistics (Physical Flow) to lead people, maintain safety and operational standards, manage logistics operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Pune site. The role involves induction, training, safety compliance, TPM deployment, material flow oversight, and budget contribution to achieve P&L targets.

What you’ll do

• Manage people: induction, training, certification, absenteeism, safety, performance boards.
• Maintain standards: safety briefing, audit, traffic rules, work instructions, TPM standards.
• Manage logistics operations: headcount, material flow, line feeding, shipping, QCDM.
• Lead continuous improvement: action plans, productivity, layout optimization, safety QRQC, Kaizen cards.
• Participate in budget preparation and achieve Logistics P&L target.

What you’ll bring

• Be responsible for induction of all newcomers in his/her perimeter (temporaries included). Ensure the organization and scheduling of training actions.
• Analyze flexibility and multi skills needs of his/her logistic area, and define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit.
• Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, communication & performance boards update.
