About the role
OTS IT Operations at Amazon provides global IT support to fulfillment, sortation, logistics and last‑mile sites. What you’ll do
- Maintain IT equipment across fulfillment sites
- Troubleshoot PCs, wireless handhelds, thin clients, printers and other end‑user devices
- Manage RMA and repair processes for warranty devices
- Support senior engineers on daily projects and activities
- Adhere to safety procedures while performing work
- Provide flexible travel within state/region as needed
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years corporate Windows, Mac or Linux support experience
- Troubleshooting integrated computer systems
- Maintaining zebra thermal printers and handheld terminals
