Associate CRM Support

About the role

Global Operations team at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) builds and maintains CRM operational excellence across the firm. The Associate supports advanced risk management tools, leads feature implementations, ensures data integrity, and mentors junior staff while collaborating with onshore and cross‑functional teams. Based in Kochi, hybrid work model with remote days and on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Manage complex aspects of risk management tools, including troubleshooting and updates
• Lead implementation of new system features and coordinate with IT
• Perform data integrity audits and corrective actions
• Review client and engagement documentation for risk assessment
• Develop and refine acceptance processes for efficiency and compliance
• Liaise with onshore teams to resolve acceptance issues
• Prepare and analyze detailed risk management reports
• Support compliance frameworks and internal audits

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, risk management, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in risk management or finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with risk management tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
