About the role

Revenue Operations team at Pebl, the AI‑powered Global Work Platform, processes contracts into employee onboarding. The Associate handles high‑volume data entry, validates deal information, sets up new employee records, and coordinates with Sales and Onboarding via Slack. Bengaluru, Remote (India), 6‑month contract, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Process new contracts and employee records accurately
• Enter and validate deal data across systems
• Set up country‑specific employee records
• Review and process new hire forms
• Handle routine contract updates
• Maintain ticket logs and status updates
• Escalate non‑standard issues to senior team members
• Communicate with Sales and Onboarding partners

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years data entry or operations support
• Fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Self‑organized and reliable
• Comfort with new software tools

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to CRM or contract management tools
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll or global employment
