About the role
Sectigo’s Revenue Operations Center of Excellence seeks a Deal Desk Operations Specialist in Chennai to power pre-close quoting execution. The role involves building Salesforce CPQ quotes, managing approval workflows, and ensuring pricing compliance for global sales teams. This is an in-office, full-time position working the 3 PM IST schedule.
What you’ll do
- Build quotes in Salesforce CPQ for global sales organizations
- Manage CPQ approval workflows and escalate bottlenecks
- Process deal registration assignments and account cleanup
- Partner with sales reps to clarify quote requirements
- Ensure quotes follow Sectigo's pricing rules and policies
- Maintain quote data accuracy in Salesforce for downstream flows
- Document quoting scenarios for the CoE knowledge base
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Quote to Cash
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sector
- Strong attention to detail for high-volume execution
Nice to have
- Familiarity with deal registration processes and partner programs
- Background supporting Enterprise sales motions
- Comfort working across time zones with global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
