About the role

Central Operations Deal Desk at InMobi Advertising, the engine room that connects sales, product and revenue teams to ensure flawless campaign execution. The manager leads GTM Operations triage, reviews and approves complex programmatic deals, conducts deal‑level P&L analysis and drives data‑backed commercial decisions. Bangalore, on-site, full‑time role with a strategic impact on global revenue operations and opportunity to mentor a growing ad‑tech team.

What you’ll do

• Review, evaluate and approve complex non‑standard programmatic deals
• Conduct deal‑level P&L, margin and revenue scenario analysis
• Partner with sales to structure strategic revenue‑growth deals
• Ensure accurate documentation and system alignment in SFDC and pricing trackers
• Collaborate with product and ops to validate feasibility and impact
• Define and improve Deal Desk SOPs and automated approval workflows
• Track discount trends, margin erosion and revenue impact metrics
• Provide regular reporting on deal quality and profitability to leadership

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years programmatic operations or ad‑operations experience
• Deep expertise in PMP, private auction and brand IO workflows
• Advanced Excel, SQL and BI tool proficiency (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with DSPs such as DV360, TTD, Xandr, Beeswax
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, product and ops
• Ability to work across multiple time zones (NA & India)
• Proven mentoring and training of ad‑ops analysts
• High attention to detail and structured problem‑solving
