Assurance Supervisor

About the role

RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited seeks an Assurance Supervisor for Real Estate to lead audit engagements, deliver high-quality client service, and develop associate capabilities. The role requires strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge, audit methodology application, risk identification, and industry expertise. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Commerce, be a Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA, and have 4-6 years of audit experience. The position is on-site in Gurugram, India, with a full-time schedule.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality client service
• Build relationships with engagement teams
• Understand client business, GAAP/GAAS, industry
• Apply RSM US audit methodology and tools
• Execute audit procedures and tests
• Identify and discuss risk and audit issues
• Research technical accounting matters
• Prepare audit reports and management letters
• Maintain documentation quality and ethics
• Supervise and train associates

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's in Commerce
• Chartered Accountant / ACCA / Licensed CPA
• 4-6 years relevant experience in accounting and audit
• Strong technical GAAP/GAAS skills
• Strong multitasking and project management
• Excellent verbal and written English communication

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint
• Experience in Real Estate industry
