About the role
TIAA Global Capabilities seeks an Application Support Senior Director to support, troubleshoot, deploy, and develop applications across the complete stack, ensuring end-to-end observability, availability, reliability, and capacity. The role involves interacting with business and external users, application development, Cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to meet business demand, executing DR/HA/Cloud resiliency, and developing tooling to improve efficiency and fix or enhance applications. Based in Pune, India, this full-time position operates on a hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Support, troubleshoot, deploy, and develop applications across the complete application stack
- Ensure end-to-end observability, availability, reliability, and capacity for applications
- Interact with business and external users, application development, Cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure applications deliver intended business demand and expectations
- Understand and execute DR/HA/Cloud resiliency
- Develop tooling to improve efficiency and fix & enhance applications
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of work experience required
- University degree preferred
- Application Support Senior Director experience with Asset Management or global investment bank experience
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Deployment
- Proficiency in Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Debugging
- Proficiency in DevOps
