Senior Project Engineer, MEP

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield India’s facilities team delivers reliable MEP solutions for large hospital projects. The Senior Project Engineer leads execution, coordination, testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards. Based in Bangalore, on-site at the client location, hybrid work not offered.

What you’ll do

• Execute and supervise MEP works per drawings and schedule
• Coordinate with civil, architectural and specialist contractors
• Monitor site progress and ensure milestone adherence
• Review shop drawings, method statements and material submittals
• Supervise HVAC, ventilation, firefighting, plumbing installations
• Oversee HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, lighting, earthing
• Ensure safety compliance and HSE requirements
• Prepare progress reports and manage productivity tracking

What you’ll bring

• 6 years MEP experience
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV knowledge
• Familiarity with NBC, IS Codes, NFPA
• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience in testing & commissioning
