About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end hardware design projects
• Conduct technical design reviews, root cause analysis, and FMEA
• Develop schematics, simulations, and PCB layouts
• Integrate hardware into appliance platforms
• Manage component selection, de‑rating, and supplier engagement
• Create engineering documentation and test plans
• Mentor junior engineers and guide design decisions
• Drive project risk assessment and ownership

What you’ll bring

• 6-10 years hardware design experience
• Hands‑on DC/DC SMPS and linear power supply design
• Analog, digital, mixed‑signal circuit design
• PCB layout using Cadence Allegro
• EMI/EMC compliance and mitigation
• Component selection and supplier management
• Test & measurement instrumentation proficiency
• Technical leadership and mentorship
