What you’ll do

• Lead content management team and implement KPIs
• Prioritize enhancement roadmap and manage vendor relationships
• Implement content management processes, governance standards, taxonomy and metadata frameworks
• Optimize content for large language model retrieval and monitor AI response quality
• Administer Loopio platform, configure folders, permissions, workflows and evaluate new capabilities
• Develop reporting dashboards on library utilization, AI adoption, time savings and user adoption
• Create and update training materials for system users
