About the role

Microsoft Cloud Azure Service Manager manages operational health and service continuity for strategic Azure partners within the distributor ecosystem. The role conducts regular health checks, maintains Partner Center hygiene, and coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted Azure services. This full-time position is based in Mumbai, India.

What you’ll do

• Act as primary service contact for strategic Azure partners and build operational relationships
• Conduct regular business and technical health checks and maintain Partner Center hygiene
• Monitor key parameters including subscription status, billing health, and consumption trends
• Proactively identify service risks and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams
• Manage end-to-end coordination and escalation process for critical partner issues
• Guide partners on best practices for CSP management, subscriptions, and access permissions
• Establish structured cadence for weekly, monthly, and quarterly partner health reviews
• Develop dashboards for partner health, open issues, and risk indicators to drive improvements

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud, Azure operations, or partner management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure products, services, and cloud concepts
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Partner Center portal and CSP ecosystem
• Understanding of Azure subscriptions, billing, provisioning, and customer management

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Distributor, CSP, System Integrator, or MSP preferred
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) required
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) highly preferred
