About the role
Enterprise Cloud Automation Team at Wolters Kluwer builds scalable, intelligent cloud platforms across AWS and Azure. The Cloud Software Engineer designs, codes, and maintains automation frameworks, IaC pipelines, and AI‑augmented runbooks to replace manual operations and enforce governance. Chennai, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across architecture, security, and operations teams.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop cloud automation solutions and reusable frameworks
- Lead Infrastructure‑as‑Code implementation across multi‑cloud environments
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and code
- Integrate AI‑driven automation into CloudOps workflows
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure observability and compliance
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, and technical leadership
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years cloud software development or automation engineering
- Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Automate solutions on AWS and Azure environments
Nice to have
- Advanced AWS or Azure certifications
- Terraform Associate or equivalent
- AI/ML or Intelligent Automation certifications
