The Staff Software Engineer designs and implements core backend systems, tackles deep technical challenges, and drives architectural decisions to ensure reliability and performance. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with opportunities to influence AI integration and enterprise cloud adoption.
What you’ll do
- Architect and guide AI integration into migration products
- Solve large-scale technical problems in migration services
- Make critical architectural decisions for scalability and reliability
- Influence enterprise cloud adoption strategies
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years building enterprise software
- Experience with Python, Scala, Java, or Go
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, especially GCP
- Experience with virtualization, storage, networking
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- API design and integration experience
