Senior Manager - GBS GCC Advisory

About the role

EY’s GDS Finance Consulting team seeks a Senior Manager to lead Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services Centre (SSC) setup assignments for global clients. The role involves conducting finance process assessments, driving performance improvements, and managing high-performing teams in Noida, UP, IN. This is an on-site position requiring flexibility for any shift and domestic/international travel.

What you’ll do

• Lead client relationships and manage business development, including sales origination and RFP/RFI responses
• Design and optimize client service business processes for efficiency and high performance
• Conduct finance process assessments, analyze pain areas, and develop techno-functional solutions
• Lead, plan, and manage a high-performing team to deliver quality outcomes aligned with metrics
• Develop articulate presentations communicating proposals, strategies, plans, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
• Create and contribute to new services, tools, and materials to enhance market success
• Achieve ambitious targets for growth, utilization, and operational excellence
• Participate in people initiatives including recruiting, retaining, and training professionals

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years of work experience in Business Transition / GBS / SSC setup activities
• Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good articulation and professional communication skills
• Experience in GBS/SSC Setup, Process Assessment for Finance/Accounting/Banking/Insurance/Supply Chain
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, cost allocation, planning, budgeting, and close periods
• Consulting experience and project management skills
• Ability to work in any shift and open to domestic & international travel
