About the role
Associate Principal on LTM LIMITED’s IT Operations team, delivering end‑to‑end ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Leads design, configuration and custom development of Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration, and conducts technical workshops for customers. Navi Mumbai, on‑site.
What you’ll do
- Design and configure ServiceNow ITOM applications
- Develop custom scripts, patterns, probes and sensors
- Lead requirement workshops and solution delivery
- Integrate external data sources and manage import sets
- Guide customers on CMDB classification and relationships
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for ITOM implementations
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years ServiceNow ITOM experience
- 8+ total years in IT operations
- Proficient in JavaScript scripting for ServiceNow
- Experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration
- Knowledge of CMDB architecture and data imports
- Ability to develop custom patterns, probes and sensors
- Deliver technical workshops and customer trainings
