What you’ll do
- Design and implement complex platform components
- Define technical direction and architectural decisions
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers
- Collaborate with architecture and product management
- Ensure subsystem reliability and performance in production
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices
- Drive engineering standards and best practices
- Participate in modernization of payroll core
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years hands‑on software engineering
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js/Express/Angular or .NET C# ASP.NET Core
- Designing REST APIs or microservices
- Strong SQL and data modeling
- Testing across unit, integration, functional levels
- Ownership of production subsystems
