About the role
IT Service Quality & Reporting Engineer on Eurofins Scientific's IT division, responsible for monitoring service quality, generating performance dashboards, and driving continual service improvement across global IT services. The role analyzes KPI trends, automates reporting, and supports ITSM processes using BMC Helix while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week.
What you’ll do
- Monitor IT service performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Prepare and automate service quality dashboards and reports
- Analyze KPI trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Support ITSM tool operations and process documentation
- Assist in continual service improvement initiatives and audits
What you’ll bring
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification (preferred)
- Hands‑on experience with BMC Helix
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- 4-6 years of IT Service Management experience
