About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer / Senior Creative Designer to shape learner experiences through visual storytelling, interactive media, and cutting‑edge tools—including AI and immersive platforms. As an individual contributor, you will design creative assets for eLearning (WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, icons, microlearning modules), develop Level 1 and Level 2 instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visuals, and create immersive content such as 360° images, AR/VR‑ready layouts, and responsive learning visuals. You will build custom templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, apply WCAG accessibility guidelines, and ensure SCORM/LMS compatibility. Leveraging AI platforms (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Canva AI) and avatar tools (Synthesia, Colossyan, Pika Labs), you will prototype efficiently and experiment with emerging technologies to evolve design practices. Collaborating closely with Art Directors, Instructional Designers, and Developers, you will translate storyboards and scripts into compelling visual narratives, adapt creative approaches based on feedback, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining visual consistency and technical quality.

What you’ll do

  • Visual Design & Media Production - Design creative assets for eLearning and digital learning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, icons, and microlearning modules.
  • Develop Level 1 and Level 2 instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visuals.
  • Create immersive content including 360° images, AR/VR‑ready layouts, and responsive learning visuals.
  • Build custom templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 that adhere to brand and accessibility standards.
  • Use AI platforms like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Canva AI, and others to accelerate creativity and prototype efficiently.
  • Support avatar‑based video production with tools like Synthesia, Colossyan, and Pika Labs.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies to evolve design practices and improve production workflows.
  • Translate storyboards, scripts, and concepts into compelling visual narratives with minimal supervision.
  • Partner closely with Art Directors, Instructional Designers, and Developers to ensure alignment with learning goals.
  • Adapt creative approaches based on team feedback and cultural/global brand nuances.
  • Manage multiple tasks and timelines while maintaining visual consistency and attention to detail.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles across all assets.
  • Ensure deliverables meet both creative standards and technical requirements (e.g., SCORM, LMS compatibility).

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in digital media, eLearning, or multimedia production.

  • Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Strong communicator with experience working on diverse, international teams.
  • High level of personal ownership, creativity, and initiative.
  • Familiarity with gamification, motion graphics, or learning analytics is an advantage.
