About the role

Brand & Marketing team at WeWork India drives the visual identity and creative campaigns across all channels. The Senior Lead, Design & Creative shapes brand guidelines, leads end‑to‑end building launch campaigns and creates premium digital and print assets while collaborating with agencies, photographers and internal stakeholders. Based in Bengaluru with an on‑site work model, the role also mentors designers and pushes innovative visual formats.

What you’ll do

• Develop and refine WeWork India’s brand guidelines and design systems
• Lead end‑to‑end design for building opening campaigns across print, digital and OOH
• Create digital marketing assets to drive engagement and performance
• Collaborate with agencies, photographers and videographers to produce high‑quality visual content
• Drive creative innovation and pitch new formats and concepts

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and campaign design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma
• Experience leading cross‑functional creative projects
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
