Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) delivers high‑impact, on‑brand creative solutions across multiple media. As a Senior Graphic Designer you will conceptualize and produce branding materials, infographics, presentations and motion graphics while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with art directors and content teams. Kochi, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations and social media collaterals
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines and ensure high aesthetic quality
• Stay updated on design trends and advocate them within the team
• Mentor junior team members on design best practices
• Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide design consultancy and ownership of deliverables

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong visual design capability and typography skills
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines
