About the role

The Senior Manager – Packaging & Compliance leads the planning packaging and compliance function within the Engineering team in Gurugram, translating AMP/AD/SB requirements into executable work packages while ensuring full regulatory compliance and documentation. Day-to-day, the role owns CAME updates, oversees AD/SB embodiment planning, defines packaging standards, approves check work scopes, ensures audit readiness, manages AMOS master data, publishes material forecasts, and leads planning huddles with OEMs/MROs. The position reports to the Head – Planning Packaging & Compliance.

What you’ll do

  • Own CAME updates related to planning and packaging; ensure alignment with DGCA requirements.
  • Oversee AD/SB assessment, embodiment planning, and compliance recording.
  • Define packaging standards (task grouping, kitting, sequencing) to optimize TAT and resource usage.
  • Approve heavy/light check work scopes; coordinate approvals with MCC and Line Maintenance.
  • Ensure audit readiness; close findings from regulators and internal QA.
  • Manage reliability feedback loop to adjust AMP and task intervals.
  • Ensure task cards, intervals, and applicability are accurate in AMOS; control change management.
  • Publish six-month material forecasts; coordinate with Procurement/Stores for availability.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/AME; Master’s preferred.
  • 10–12 years in maintenance planning, compliance, and AD/SB management.
  • DGCA/CAME/AD/SB mastery.
  • Task sequencing and packaging expertise.
