About the role

What you’ll do
- Support D365 Operations and ERP systems
- Manage supply chain, demand planning, and logistics processes
- Navigate complex business and system architectures with multiple integrations
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Integration, Azure, and vendor teams
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics processes
- Proven ability to understand and navigate complex business and system architectures
- Experience supporting integrated enterprise landscapes involving multiple peripheral applications
Nice to have
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration capabilities
- Demonstrated curiosity and strong learning mindset for new technologies
- Awareness or exposure to AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern digital capabilities
