The role leads end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and optimization of supply chain and advanced warehouse management solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑performance systems. Remote, India, full‑time, with a focus on strategic solution design, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

What you’ll do

• Lead implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
• Design and deploy advanced warehouse management processes
• Gather business requirements and create scalable functional solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams
• Drive process improvements and optimize supply chain workflows
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, and UAT
• Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, and post‑implementation support
• Develop documentation, conduct training, and promote best practices

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management experience
• Hands‑on expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management
• Proven end‑to‑end implementation and deployment
• Strong understanding of inventory, procurement, and logistics
