About the role
Global Leveraged Finance Underwriting Credit Team (LFU) at Citigroup builds best‑in‑class leveraged lending credit management processes. The Analyst delivers credit risk analysis, monitors portfolios, writes annual and quarterly reviews, and supports transaction origination and strategic projects. What you’ll do
- Assess credit and financial strength of large corporate clients
- Monitor portfolio and industry trends, escalating issues
- Evaluate business models and cash flow projections
- Build projection models for regulatory ratings
- Provide analytical support for transaction origination, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years credit analysis or origination experience
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Three‑statement financial modeling
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team player with strong work ethic
