About the role

Citigroup seeks a Corporate Credit Underwriting – Leveraged Finance Officer to join the Global Leveraged Finance Underwriting Credit Team. The role focuses on credit risk analysis, monitoring, and administration for large corporate clients. Responsibilities include assessing financial strength, building cash‑flow projections, monitoring portfolio trends, and supporting leveraged lending origination and approval. Candidates should have 1‑3 years of credit analysis experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and three‑statement financial modeling experience. What you’ll do

• Assess credit and financial strength of large corporate clients
• Monitor portfolio, track industry trends, flag credit issues
• Evaluate client business models, financial performance, credit drivers
• Build cash‑flow projection models for regulatory rating
• Support leveraged lending origination, approval, portfolio management
• Lead global leveraged lending projects and initiatives
